Ashwan

Originally from Liverpool, UK, Ashwan is now living and working in Barcelona. Describing his work as 'a visual tao of the boom bap sound', it is apparent where his influences lie. ​ 

Ashwan graduated the University of Newcastle with a BA (Hons) in 1994, followed by a Masters Degree from The School Of  The Art Institute of Chicago in 1999.​ 

Having previously been represented by Pearl Lam's Contrasts Gallery in China, Ashwan is currently represented by 3 Punts Galeria, Barcelona.
